Ludo Game Designing and Development
The Client
Skkily by Real SkiilGames LLP is an Indian-based online gaming platform that facilitates gamers to play the skill games to get real money. Skkily, is a trusted platform mainly focused on youth. It ensures transparency and provides full security to the online wallet. Moreover, it provides a base for interaction among numerous skilled players.
The Brief
The demand was to develop and design an authentic Ludo based application to raise it further into an advanced multi gamming setup.
It appeared to be a challenging task due to high competition in market. The client wanted a functional up gradation of Ludo game project and the primary focus was on the UI to attract multidimensional users.
The Process
The process began with the development of UI design for the entire game starting splash screen, landing screen, matchmaking, gameplay, and winning screen.
Basically, four modules Classic, Rapid, Score based, and Private Table was created. Along with 3D, the animations were added to the outer screen and in the gameplay. Similarly, a leader board was created with branching according to daily, weekly, monthly, and all-time filters.
The chat option with customized emojis and recording of the played games on the cloud space were introduced.
For providing details to the users an admin panel was developed, a module to calculate all the taxes in terms of GST, and TDS as per Indian law. Proper verification and registration setup on the basis of collected documents were also introduced.
The Challenge
The record-keeping of multiple modes was a challenging task. Similarly, the integration of the module to keep a record of the saved games on the cloud was a daunting task that demands thorough research of code and server.
As the gaming setup was involved in real money playing, an admin setup was needed for the hour which could collect and save all the invoices on monthly basis for text filing. An outstanding UI that could stand against the competitors was the primary focus.
The Result
The end result was in the form of an enticing and advanced Ludo game app for game lovers. Furthermore, the function and properties of UI were according to the expectations of the client, and our commitment.
The entire task was completed by keeping in mind the facility, and reliability to the users. It enabled the client to launch a full-grown application with multiple games. It provided leisure to the players to enjoy variety and earn real money by winning against their online competitors.
Moreover, two versions of the game were developed for the convenience of users. The version was for the Google Playstore with in-app purchases for leisure and the second is the real money game.
